I need some plateau advice

Ughh! I'm trying so hard not to get frustrated. I'm working out like crazy (spinning, cardio, boot camp) and eating 1400 a day or so and the scale won't budge. I'm at the point where I feel like I'm doing something wrong and need to make a change. Should I cut dairy, carbs, change something up?

My body and metabolism has changed so much since I had my two kids and I need to loose 20+ pounds to be in a healthy range.

Any tips or suggestions from you all would be super appreciated!!
