Vitality Show - London this weekend

For all you MFPers out there in the UK who fancy a trip to London this weekend there is an event on at Earls court called the Vitality Show. It looks great so thought I would share... www.vitalitylive.co.uk

It's all about health and well being and there will be fitness classes and cooking demos and workshops etc. I think the tickets are £14.50 but you can buy 2 for £20.

I haven't been to this before but it looks good and hoping to go tomorrow. Will let you know what it's like.

This is one of the events I work for and it is a really good day out!

I've just had a wander around and there's lots of little free food samples of healthy foods and exercise machines and all sorts of stuff! (You can tell I don't work in marketing! lol)

There's huge weight watchers stands and Rosemary Conley stands as well as all the girl make-up and hair accessory stands! I love it!
