I have used this all week for calorie calculations. My weigh in is today so Im hoping something came about it. lol I am 28, single mother of a fantastic little 3 year old boy. I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant - 50 pounds! I have lost 20 but still have 30 to go. I can not continue to blaim it on the pregnancy as thats been a while now. I am hoping being a member with myfitnesspal.com will help me stay motivated to lose all the weight. I am off to a good start so far. If anyone has any tips on foods, etc please let me know all your wisdom! :) I am also anemic and in need of any iron filled recipes that I can eat without gaining a lot of calories.

    Welcome! I'm sort of new, I think I've been on here for a while but haven't really done much with it. I just updated my profile today after having this account for weeks haha. Good luck with your weigh in and progress! This place really is awesome! =D
