Hello My name is Norma i am 49 yrs old and I live in bergen county NJ I weight 197.5 lbs and at 5ft 2in I am consider obese..I am so tried and have no energy so three days ago I made the decision to start on a healthy way of life and a friend of mine told me about this site which i am so happy about ...looking forward to meeting and getting lots of help and motivation for you all Thanks
