Eh. I don't love it. I do strength training once a week with my trainer, but I prefer cardio. If it wasn't for my trainer, I'd have a hard time doing it at all. I love the results I have from my trainer (I've been with her a year), but it'd be hard to get motivated to do it alone. I'm glad I have her!0

Well, I don't have a gym membership, but I do strength and resistance workout dvds here in my house using 5 & 8lb weights. I'm a stay at home mom and don't trust strangers at the gym daycare to watch my daughter.0
