Fitness Help for Mom-to-be

Hey everyone,
So I'm and expectant mom due early October! Before I found out I was pregnant I was actively dieting and exercising (daily). My docs told me to kick the hard-core workouts like my P90X and stop "trying" to loose weight and instead focus on caring for myself and the baby. Eat healthy, drink plenty of H2O, and exercise in moderation is good for mom and baby for our overall health and for the delivery process and thereafter, but I'm a bit nervous as to what I should and shouldn't do. I wanted to know if anyone could provide any guidance as to what exercises pregnant women can do and those to avoid. AND, how I can curb the crazy cravings and try to stay on track with healthy eating! Thanks much...
