Project lautner :O

In about a month when ive reached my target weight... im going on a muscle building diet of a WHOPPING 3200 calories per day. Theres a Daily Workout and Carbohydrate and Protien Suppliments to be taken. Now i've lost the fat it's time to build the muscle. That seems like a hell of alot to eat though, its like nearly 3 times what i eat just now. Taking on that much food scares me n i think im gonna get fat again i.e. to me FOOD = FAT but ive been reassured that if done properly the fat will stay off and the muscles will start to bulge :/ ... maybe i should just be happy looking like a skinny boy, but my friends are behind the whole "project lautner" idea lol, ye it would be nice to be fit n have a six pack. LOOOL
