Love Fettuccine Alfredo but scared of the calories??

...Well then I've got the perfect recipe for you!!! I found this on allrecipes.com browsing a user named FightTheFatFoodie's recipes. He created this alfredo recipe that is low-cal and low-fat! I prepared it last night and it tastes practically just like the real thing with only 100 cal per serving (for the sauce, adding pasta adds extra calories, mine was 300 total cals per serving)!!
