So even though the scale hasn't moved in quite some time, but I have been exercising...I got a nice NSV today!! Two people at my office commented to me today that it looked like I had lost weight!!! Yeah!!!! Just goes to prove that even though the scale might not move, all the work isn't going to waste!!!
