I carnt believe it i really carnt ive lost half a stone !!!!!!! and still gone out for meals and drinlks !!!
After a bad time in my life i have started to get a social life so am always out and as you all know food and drink is everywhere but ....i have lost half a stone and still gone out just made ajustments ,,,,imjust a bit worried coz like tonite im out on a pr booked meal and drink and my calories have gone thru the roof with the drink but im not gona cheat im being real this is a special occasion not making any exuses just being real if i maintain for the rest of the week will i still lose or will i be playing catchup because of tonites drink and meal????

    It does your body good sometimes to give it more calories anyway so don't worry about it. Kick start it.
    If you stop with a deficit the rest of the week it'll be fine as long as you don't go thousands over tonight ;O)

  • im being bluntly honest im nearly 2000 over i may not use all that but i have ensured i have covered for lots of drinks and the full 3 course dinner ,,however i dont intend on having the full 3 course dinner and will have diet lemonade with my drink so could shave a good 7/800 off that im just being over the top coz i dont drink often and i know when i do things go a bit wayward ,,,thanx always for your support x

    congrats on your loss of 1/2 a stone!

    as for your celebration tonight, there's no way to predict how your body will react. i've had horrible weeks in which i've gained a couple of pounds, and horrible weeks in which i've lost a couple of pounds. the important thing is that you are in this for the long haul, so either way, one night of festivity is not going to make or break you!

    stay the course and keep up the good work!

    have a good time. if your refering to liquor when you say drinks. look on online and see if there are any low calorie ones that will fit more into your meal plan. otherwise have a good time. you deserve and need some fun in your life.
