First of them is that I broke the 10 lb mark this morning. Weighed in with a total weight lose of 11 lbs.
The next is that I got both babies down for a nap at the same time and they stayed asleep long enough for me to get acgreat workout in.
Finally I did a intermidiate zumba class (45 min) on the xbox kinect and felt so energized that I did a 20 min beginner one right after it. :bigsmile:
I worked off a ttal of 1244 calories. And I could go again if I had the time
