So, this may seem lame, but does anyone count calories burned for the FIT test? If so, what is your best guess on how many to count? I passed, but truly gave it my all and am SWEATING. (and even more scared than before!!!) Thanks friends!

01Of course you count it, it's exercise. I'd be hard pressed to guess caloric expenditure for any person, it depends entirely on your physical condition, heart rate, etc, etc. From my own personal experience I wouldn't go over 400 kcal and that's liberal, maybe 250 - 350.
I really wouldn't sweat it, just guestimate a reasonable number compared to your physical exertion in other activities.
More importantly, if you plan on sticking to a training plan especially like P90X you should think about investing in a heart rate monitor, not only for kcals spent but heart rate levels in general .
