After Dinner Snacks

I always have been a evening eater. I can behave myself all day and then lose all self control at night. It is not remotely possible for me to not eat at all in the evening, I need to. What I am asking for are some low cal options (besides plain old veggies) so that I can stay on track during the evenings.
Thank you!!!!
Thank you!!!!

Cottage cheese is a great night snack. It has plenty of protein to keep you full longer. Additionally, cottage cheese has a different kind of protein called casein protein, which, as opposed to "normal" whey protein, casein will digest much slower (think upwards of 8 hours). Making you not feel so famished when you wake up.0

by 'behave yourself', do you mean you go all day without eating? if so, don't do that! i'm a big snacker too - i dig pretzels with some kind of dip (sometimes a healthy one, sometimes not - just depends on how naughty i feel). i also snack on tlc crackers, almonds, string cheese and chocolate (dove dark promises - about 40 calories a pop).
you should consider making your food diary public so people can give you more specific answers. best of luck to you!0 -
No, no, I eat during the day. Very healthy and pretty much 100% unprocessed foods. But it is more like I have this unsatiable appetite in the evening0

Thank you for the ideas! I hadn't thought of cottage cheese...Ihaven't had that in awhile! I love the dove dark chocolate idea, great for that sweet craving.0
