Hi I Just started this week

Hi I’m 38 and I just down loaded this app about two weeks ago, but started using it daily this Monday. I have seen myself actually looking up everything I’m eating and making sure I’m exercising enough to burn off what I’m eating. I’m still getting the hang of it. I just hope on Monday there is some sort of reward for this week to keep me motivated. Good luck to all that are on the same path of the never-ending weight struggle.
