Hello everyone. My name is Jewels. I am new to "My Fitness Pal". I am very excited about this new find. I need all the help I can get to reach my weight loss goal. Any advice? Please share. I am open to new ideas.

    Good luck. You can do this. Plan and prepare. It is one choice at a time one day at a time.

    Start every day like it is your first one! Don't let it slip from your mind. If it does, don't sabotage yourself, just pick yourself back up and start again! Eat all your calories. Just make sure you're putting healthy foods into your body with those calories! Good Luck! We're all here for you!
