So, I just started checking calories and working out daily and the one thing I have learnt in these last 2 weeks is that you better eat wisely and count the calories to make the difference. By eat wisely, I mean counting the RIGHT calories is crucial. So, use your calories well :)

Anyone else care to put their 2 cents in on the subject matter?

I've been counting my calories.... but I try to stay with the Fat free dairy, whole grain/whole wheat breads, lots of veggies, fruit... etc.... tons of water too! The snacks I choose are the 100cal Mrs. Freshley's mini cream filled cupcakes... they surprisingly have a lot of fiber in them!

    How about everybody else?
