I don't know why, but my skin looks like crap! I thought eating better would improve things, but it don't seem to be working that way. I have been slacking on the water lately, could that be? Any other suggestions?

Yes, lack of water and lack of the essential fats (poly & mono) will contribute to dry skin.

I am having this problem also! My skin is very very dry. I guess I should also be taking vitamins...I thought eating more fish would help my skins.

could be but could also just be the weather where you live.

I have been having horrible issues w dry skin as well. I know it's the changes in the weather we have been having lately here in Ks that is affecting it though. I am drinking 8-12 glasses of water a day and feel like i'm becoming a water balloon, but yet my skin is still so terribly dry. So I am constantly putting on lotion to help w the dryness. Hang in there. If your weather is anything like our weather then it should clear up soon after the weather stops yo-yoing between hot and cold so much. One day 85 and the next day 35 really messes w the body!

Try eating salmon, avacado's or wallnuts all contain useful healthy fats and are all good for the skin when its dry.
