I have been working out and saw someone post that they fast 20-30 hours. So I am on my 30 hour fast... I feel okayy, been drinking tons of water!! Just got 9 hours to go!!!! I can make it!!
But i'm 20 and weigh 185 && I am trying to change it!! I've been working out 5 days a week. Mostly cardio and occasional weights! But i'm not losing anything so I think I may start healthe trim. And its NOT my eating habits!
I would like ideas or anything that you think would help!!!! Thanks!

How about not fasting for 30 hours?? Your body needs food and nutrition. Unless you are having surgery in the morning and the doctor tells you to fast, you need to eat!!!0 -
I am also new, and struggling to stay with in my calories but today is day 3 and I have been able to squeeze in glass of wine in, have faith it will happen0
