I just joined about a week ago and find this site great for tracking my calories and exercise. On of my weaknesses has always been not keeping track of my diet and exercise. When I do keep track I do good, but when I don't, oh brother!
But the main reason for joining this site is to loose some unwanted weight that I have gained over the last 5 1/2 years. I wish everyone and myself good luck in accomplishing their goals.
Please send me a friend request, I feel that having a good support system can help you achieve anything.

Welcome! I've been here for almost a week now, and I find the app for my blackberry to be very useful to keeping track of what you can eat. This site has a GREAT support system!
There are also groups on here that have challenges for like a month, or even longer. Eventually I'm going to join one myself! Good luck on your weight loss goals0
