It's week 10 people!! We've done alot this weeks. Let us salute to more busy weeks to come:drinker:

I'm thinking of a number realated rhyme......ten, den, men, ben ......Got One!! It's week Ten and the feeling is Zen.

I'll admit that I was really stressed with alot of shifts at work this week and I didn't have much time to work out, I gained. :embarassed: I worked hard and lost it again. Drank lots of water too:drinker:

    Hi...I didn't really do much exercising last week...I worked sooo much but intend to work my butt off this week!!!

    Beginning weight = 235.8 Lbs.
    Current weight = 226 Lbs.
    Goal weight = 170 Lbs.
    Weight loss Past week = -.2 Lbs.
    Total weight loss = - 9.8 Lbs.

    Atleast I managed to maintain and not gain!! :=)

    I am back on track with a weight loss of 3.2lbs this week. Was 193lbs last Monday and this morning I'm at 189.8lbs. Here to keeping on track for the next few weeks so I can hit my goal of 180lbs.
