Been here a week now

Hi all, I have been on this site a week now and just love it. I have never in my life counted calories and this is so easy. In 2000 I weighed 245 lbs. and in 2002 I got down to 118 lbs. It took 15 mths. to lose my first 100 lbs. through eating better and exercising...but not counting calories. Now I am trying to get down to my goal weight of 130 lbs. I started exercising again and eating healthy on Jan, 1, 2011 and when I joined this site a week ago I had lost 10 lbs. I look forward to learning more about counting calories and getting down to my goal weight. I am 54 years old, married for 35 years, mother of 2 grown daughters, and a grandmother to a 2 year old grandson. Paula
