Hi. I'm new this this message board thing... but thought I'd give it a try. I'm a former Weight Watchers leader - lost 60lbs about 5 years ago...... but then slowly and surely it began to creep back on....WHY (you say)... because after I stopped being a leader slowly and surely I went back to my old habits.......BUT I am BACK on TRACK ....back TO tracking what I eat (and getting mad at all of the empty calories I kept trying to fill myself up on)... getting my focus back...getting my exercise on (though there is still room for improvement there) ... and back to the realization that its a day by day change of decisions....... a true lifestyle change - that it can happen.. I have lose 7lbs thus far ... but that , for me, it does not happen by accident... it is focused, controlled, planned change.
And that's the good news, MY success is TOTALLY in MY hands - ha! I GOT THIS!!!!

Welcome. You and I are alike in that we know what we have to do and how to do it we are just having a hard time following thru. WW always will work if you follow it. The hardest part is logging what you eat but yet on the flpside of the coin by logging it makes you aware of your choices. MFP will work too. My daughter got me on it and she has had much success! She is very motivated and has motivated others. I want to be like her. lol People have great ideas and advice so stick with it and you will find it will work for you too.0

YES! tracking is THE key -- without it I keep saying "I don't know WHY I keep gaining weight!!! I don't eat THAT much!!!" With it I say "WOW.. I eat THAT much!!! : ) "0
