Hey everyone! I was wondering what are some good foods that HELP with that stubborn lower belly fat?! I drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water daily..looove my water. But was wondering if there is anything in particular that you can eat that might help with LOWER belly fat?!?

I heard a handful of almonds or any kind of nuts, honey with oatmeal..and other misc things that can help w/ lower belly fat.

Just trying to get rid of this UNWANTED lower belly fat lol.

    I'm struggling with the same thing! I don't know about you, but mine's from my pregnancy. In my case, I don't know if it will ever go away completely because some of it is probably loose skin. :-(

    The only way to get rid of belly fat is to burn it off and it will probably be the last to go.
