ready to loose weight!

Just signed up today and need to loose 18lbs. I am 5'1 and 148 lbs which is overweight. Gained the weight 10 years a go and never lost it. Feel free to add me as a friend, will definately need the support.

    thank you very much for the encouragement. I have a hard time eating the way I need to because I am a full time student. congratulations on the lost of 5lbs
