Depressed and Desperate

I need a lot of support today, i haven't filled out my profile, but i have a lot disordered eating issues, and it very hard for me. Todsay i am very depressed and i've actually gained more weight. I know that not eating is wrong, but it is very hard for me to break the cycle. I thought i'd log and ask for supprt. I feel desperate and helpless.

    Every little step in this process helps, and you're moving in the right direction just by coming here. You've come to a great site for support and information. Just relax and take it slowly. Follow the guidelines and soon you'll be healthier and happier. Good luck.:flowerforyou:

    Yup, I totally agree! This site WILL help you if you let it! There are sooooooooo many great people on here, each with their own problems, but all with the same goal, which is to look and ESPECIALLY feel better about ourselves! If nothing else, just keep reading the message boards, and I'm sure you'll start to feel, as I did, that you've "come home"!!!

    Sorry your having a blue day:flowerforyou: , it helps me to listen to upbeat musik and exercising will release endorphins that make you feel better:bigsmile: . Also counting blessings is a great way to look at my life . I used to have pitty parties, but they didn't help at all, so now when I'm feeling blue I look at the good things in my life: I can walk, talk and the sun is shining, the hummingbirds are buzzing behind my house and the gras in my front yard is finally looking like a lawn... there are so manny things that are good in our lives, try to focuse on them.One thing I keep telling myself is: I am more then just an overweight ( fluffy) person, I am smart, compassionate, lovable and I have a great sence of humor. I am doing something about my weight and if someone doesn't like me, because I am overweight that is their loss:tongue:

    thanks so much everyone for your comments! I'm felig better, and been motivated over the last week or so, and the weight is finally going down! Thanks 78781.png
