SO I am making my own bread these days and the recipe I am using is whole grain and approx. 125 calories a slice. Does anyone have any bread recipes that are in the 80-100 cal range??

It's not a recipe but Natures own whole wheat bread is 50 cal per slice.0

I myself have not found a low cal bread recipe, but I did find a low cal biscuit recipe that I use in place of bread:
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 tsp sodium baking powder (or regular)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
5 Tbsp fat free sour cream
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Cut the sour cream into the flour like with a pie crust.
3. Mix in the milk just until a dough forms.
4. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-11 minutes.
Makes 11 small biscuits for approximately 50 calories each.0
