Hi, I am Kelly I live in Wisconsin.

My exercise is Power90, Running on my Treadmill. I am on a 1900 Cal diet. I want to lose 113lbs.
This is my first week so far so good just really sore.

Any Help or tips are Welcome.

    Take it one day at a time ;) Set a goal (such as 10% body weight loss) to hit first. THe big numbers can seem scary.

  • Great Job!!!! I'm from Wisconsin too! I'm on that pizza beer diet...LOL! Good for you doing P90X it's a tought workout I'm currently doing Insanity by Shawn T also a part of the beachbody.com site where P90X is after doing P90 you might want to check out Insanity!! Keep up the great work and welcome
  • welcome Kelly......................just stick with it, I think the first 2 weeks are the worst. Enter every bite and every exercise. Drink more water than you can imagine and take a free day every 2 weeks to keep your sanity and eat whatever yummy thing you have been craving that day !
