LABOR DAY CHALLENGE (Check in 7/21)

Good Monday morning friends! Thought I'd start a new post for the challenge! Here's my stats:
Started challenge (7/8)--174 pounds
Last week (7/14)--171.5 pounds
Today (7/21)--169.5 pounds
Challenge Goal (by 9/1)--167 pounds
Total lost--4.5 pounds
Remaining--2.5 pounds
SO...looking good!:drinker: I'm thinking I can actually lose much more than just the 2 pounds I have remaining. We still have quite a while. I'm thinking I should maybe chance my goal. I would love to reach 162 by then...that's 5 more pounds, so 7.5 total in the 6 weeks remaining. Doable? I think there's a good possibility. SO...

Yah...that is why I had left MFP for a while...but it's totally NOT worth it because then I gained even more!!! Just keep at it! I have faith!!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0 -

Sure it is! Just work at it!!!! I've lost 5 pounds in the 2 weeks I've been back with MFP! SO...you can TOTALLY do it!!!!!0 -

I might have to move my goal from 228 to 220 or something, since I seem to be doing so well! However I am off of work and on vacation for 2 weeks in August so we'll see how hard it is to be prefect/good while out of town!0 -
