What do you guys do when you are sooooo sore.
I'm mainly sore in my biceps and my top shoulders as well as my inner thighs...
I feel like I can't work out

I just push through because I know that working out will loosen everything up. Take it easy, though.0

I push through it carefully.
And a good warm shower and bath always works for me.
It's okay to take a day off but be ready to jump back in the next day.
Sometimes when we get sore after workouts, we need to think about the workout that caused it and be sure we are using correct form and preventing injury. G'luck!0 -
When I'm sore I love every minute of it because I know I worked my *kitten* off to be that sore0

hmm I think its correct form, I think its just my body wasn't used to it!
But maybe i'll just try to push through tonight...or do some like online yoga video to burn a little calories..0 -
Lately my hamstrings have been really sore and no amount of stretching was helping, so I bought myself a foam roller ($25 at Target) and no more soreness! It's like giving yourself a deep tissue massage. I love it.0

I just read this in a book
Always take at least one day off between routines.Your muscles need time to recover, and not only for comfort. It is during the rest phase the individual muscle fibers get larger and stronger.
From here on out will not be working out when sore:)0 -

I've heard this too...but to an extent I feel like we need to burn calories everyday...and I understand though cause thats why some people do arms on mondays, legs tuesdays, abs wednesdays, then repeat lol0
