I will be traveling to the UK for two weeks to visit my fiance and I worried about being healthy and not gaining a million pounds! Does anyone have any advise????

They have pretty much the same food there as you have at home. Just make good choices and you will be fine.0

Agree with Heather. Stick to the things you already eat - like yogurt, eggs, oatmeal when you can get them - But, make sure you try some of the local food - might just find something you really like.
Also - suggest plenty of bottled water to keep you hydrated if you are on the go a lot.0
