Friends said I had to try this out. So here I go. I am in a weight loss program and the Y with my team. We workout 2x a week with our trainer and are to go in extra on our own for classes or workouts. I know if I can track what I am eating and make some good changes I will see more results faster. I have lost about 7 pounds but my ultimate goal it about 50. I am also in a weight loss group at my church. they are good support also as well as my friends at the Y.
