    Yes, that would be me too. I started at 166 lbs and would love to go to 130 lbs. I have lost 6 lbs in 6 weeks through exercise and diet and hope to keep that up for awhile.

    i'm 206 and lookin to lose about 20. i think the biggest thing is just making sure you do something every day, and to try to make little changes, and not just go into everything all at once. like if you've never worked out just try to workout like 2-3 times this week and increase that number every week, then start increasing the time you are at the gym once you're hitting it 5-7 times every week
