Hi! My name is Ashton. I heard about this website on facebook and I figured I might as well give it a try. I find it much easier to keep track of my calories on here than by myself. My husband is Air Force and we're finally going home after 2 years to see our family in May! I just had surgery last week so I'm just now getting back into the swing of things. Any suggestions on exercises that will help tone fast? I basically just want to be a little more tone before I go home because ideally I cannot lose all of the weight I need before I go back. I've gradually gained weight ever since I have been put on birth control and since I got married. I was 130 when I got married 2 years ago and now I'm 150. I need to get it together!

    You'll find lots of great suggestions looking through the message boards for ideas!
    I started out just walking to lose weight, then added walking dvd's because I couldn't leave home much having 3 kids. Now, I'm jogging and incorporating Jillian Michaels workout dvd's. Plus I do anything else that keeps me moving.

    Just find what you like and stick with it...I like to change things up alot!
