Why is it just my stomach?

I think my legs and arms are fine, and always have been. I'm 17 yrs old, 5ft 11 (very tall!) but for some reason my stomach has always been 'flabby'. It stops me wearing vests in summer and makes me feel pretty awful, especially when dieting and seeing results everywhere BUT my tummy.

I feel pretty helpless now, like I just want to give up. Any advice?

    Thank you, but muscle training doesn't get rid of fat, only cardio does? And I've tried cardio exercises every day for weeks at a time.. No huge difference at all :(

    You need to lose fat AND build muscle mass. ONLY a combination of the two will give you a toned look you are trying to achieve. One or the other, by themselves, will not accomplish what you are looking for.

    First thing you need to realize is muscle training does burn fat, it may not burn it as fast as cardio in the start, but it is my belief once you start toning your burning fat all day long because of your muscle toning so in the end your actually burning more calories. Well is up to you I just offered some help and if you want to tone your stomach and abs that link offers great exercises to do so.
