Anxiety about starting workout program

Just signed up with myfitnesspal. It's 05:00 in the morning, want to go workout but have that first time gitters and uncomfortable with having to clarify to my husband where I'm going @ 05:00:grumble: . I'm accountable to a coach, and my schedule is soo packed next week that I have to go today.

I can relate completely, but I pushed through it, proud to be getting in shape and now it is a wonderful habit I LOVE! Good luck, you will be so happy you do this.0
