Scary Scale

I just have a question for any members..
I have been working out very hard since the first of the year, following my diet restrictions and burning far more calories than what I am supposed to. But.. I can't build up enough courage to get on the scale. I want to know, but at the same time I feel like if the scale has not moved, it could break my motivation to keep going.
Any tips?

    Dont stand on the scale simple as that buy a measuring tape and measure go buy that. Go by how your feeling and how your clothes fit. The scale will go up and down depending on the day. So dont live by the scale live by being healthy and your working at getting there :)

    You don't ever have to weigh yourself if you don't want to. How you fit in your clothes is the biggest reality check of all. If they're getting loose, you're headed in the right direction. If they're not, you're not.
