            I'd record the whole thing as circuit training. If you just do a segment or two, record it as that particular type of exercise, like strength for the arms segment, aerobics for the cardio segment, etc.0

            The easiest way to track the calories burned for any workout is a heart rate monitor (HRM). Than you can log it as a new exercise with the name of the video and log the actual time and calories burned.0

            I totally read this post as, how do you tape it onto a DVD or something. LOL Oops :laugh:0

            unforunately I cant afford a HRM0

            Check on ebay or craigslist.
You can get some pretty great deals on HRMs there.0 - 
            got one at walmart not to bad a price and it works great0
