I'm trying to find Cajun and Creole seasoning with out the main ingredient being salt. If anyone has a receipe or know of a company that makes it PLEASE let me know. I've searched online and in our local stores and salt is in the top three listed. My husband is missing the southern food I used to cook, he's on choles meds and I want him to lower it. Thanks

Hi! You can check out http://www.heartwisefood.com. They have a plethora of low or no sodium seasonings, marinades, etc.0

Go to the Food Network website and look up Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning (also referred to as Bayou Blast). It's super delicious and only has a little salt.

I use Mrs. Dash, or Costco's brand of salt-free seasoning. They are both good. There are other brands and flavors in the spice section that are all salt-free. You can also make your own custom blends with spices- just read the ingredients of your favorite Cajun/Creole seasoning and go from there.0
