Pizza - how many calories?

I work at a pizza place - so, yes, I eat pizza on a weekly basis. Since it's a local place, I can't look up calories here, and I don't know how to estimate how many calories are in a slice. Could you help me?

12 inch pizza, very thin crust, and I always get it with about half the amount of cheese as usual (because I love our sauce and less cheese means the sauce really stands out :)).

    I've heard on average that pizza thin crust is about 300 calories per slice, depending what's on it- can you compare the pizza where you work to a national chain like Pizza Hut? If so, you could look up PH slices to get an idea....

    do you know what all is used to make it, and how much? click on the recipes tab and enter it there if you do
