Okay last night I did the Leslie 3 mile walk at home. My question is can that be listed as general aerobics because she has you doing kicks ,knee lifts, stepping side to side, power walking and you move your arms the whole time with a resistance band? Ive taken aerobics classes and a lot of the moves she has you do I did in those classes. I just dont want to list it wrong. It seemed a lot more than just walking in place...it goes up to 5.0 mpb doing all this. Has anyone ever done this dvd and what did you list it as?

I do that video too and I cant really find anything that it equals out to. I have been putting it down as brisk 2 mile walk.

I have several of those dvd- I started out listing it as a very brisk walk and then changed it to an aeorbic work out- which is exactly what it is - very good work out I think

I've never done that particular video, but I do the 'walk at home 2 miles' and I count it as low impact aerobics. Since you are using bands, going a longer distance, and there are more moves, if you have a HRM, it might help you to better know how to log it in. It also depends on how vigorously you worked it but Leslie Sansone workouts are definitely aerobics...good luck!

I list it as low impact aerobics, but sometimes I feel like it is high impact!!! LOL!

I listed it as "walking 5 MPH" until I got a hrm. That is the pace of that DVD.
