barbell squats. real, man-like, barbell squats.
  • Bumpity bump bump bump. The top of my quads and outer thigh...rock hard. I gain muscle pretty fast. But the inside of my thigh? Would love to know how to get rid of these jiggly bits. I'm losing weight all over! My face, arms, tummy...but not my boobs or inner thighs.

No such thing as spot reduction though.

My understanding is that you can't spot reduce

Losing weight is the only way to decrease the fat but unfortunately u cant pick and chose what body part it comes from. But with that said squats, lunges, bridges, fire hydrant, leg extensions, hamstring curls, heel pumps, all tighten up the badunkadunk:)

If you have a gym membership, most gyms have a hip abductor/adductor machine.

The adductor is GREAT for slimming down the inner thighs, where the abductor widdles away love handles.

I've been using some crazy contraption to lift my butt at the gym...I can't remember what it's called, but you sort of lie on your tummy and lift weights with your legs. If you don't have access to a gym though, try the "super woman" for you butt.

I have the same problem as you. I have lost inches around my waist, hips and upper arms but my thighs are the same!!! Also have the bum problem!! :ohwell: I think its because I do a lot of cycling but may try some of the gym exercises people have mentioned on here and do some more lunges / squats at home. Hopefully that will shift some of it!!!! Good luck
