Hi I am new to this sight. My sister recommened it. Love it. I am over weight. Have been working on it for a year. I quit smoking in July and started running. Ran 2 5k last year. I go to the gym everyday on my lunch hour. I am losing it slowly but that way it will stay off. Lost 27 lbs last year but put 5 back on this winter. I feel this is geat for the fact I quit smoking. But I have lost 4 lbs this last 2 weeks. Sometimes I feel I should be twiggy with all I have done but it is hard to get off. Take a day at a time. I had to give up my frappes that I make . I reward myself with one a week than everyday lol. TAKE IT OFF SLOWLY TO KEEP IT OFF>
