Hi,
I am relativley new to MFP. I have been using it for about a month now and have already lost 6 lbs! The thing I most like about this program is even when I "fall off the wagon" I am still holding myself accountable to track those calories instead of just pretending it never happened as I have done in the past. I am ready to change my life, forever with 63 lbs left to go! Looking for anyone with good advice and motivation on ways to get there!

    Just keep on doing what you're doing. It appears to be working. Accountability is what keeps me on track. Watching my health get better and my waist line get smaller keeps me motivated. Good luck with your journey! It's doable...not easy but doable.
  • Well done so far on losing six pounds and lets hope those other 63 pounds get the ****ens out of here quick smart!
    I like MFP for all the same reasons as you! You can't be blameless anymore for giving in and not putting in the effort!
    It's amazing balls indeed!
