This is a scale that gives reading of fliud% fat% muscle% and also will give you how much calories you should be eating for your weight loss...Does anyone have any idea how accurate these bathroom scales are when it comes to reading body composition?
I'm probably going to buy it but if it's not so accurate then I don't want to rely on it too much.

I know the scale I use at home doesn't work when it comes to body percentage. it said I had 37% at one point which isn't true lol, I went and got it done by a trainer and I had 25% thats a big margin of error...0
