Love handles

I have these massive and ulgy love handles (which I called ledges ... that I can set my twin boys on while holding them LOL) since starting working out my stomach has dramatically reduced but not much difference in my ledges. Wondering if there any (home) excerises I can do to reduce them?
I am currently doing mostly my cross trainer+ light 1,5kg weight( but planning to get heavier ones soon) + I walk least 3km daily.
