Noooooooooooo don't sod it!! Stay away from the sod!! (ermm..yeah..)
There has to be something you can do to get it going. Think think think about what you have done and try and figure out what is going on. You did drink a lot this weekend.....that can dehydrate you and make you retain water....that could be the culprit!
Don't quit!!! Keep it up! You KNOW it will work, you just need to stick with it.
Want a hug???

Alcohol will sabotage weight loss efforts--slows metabolism down, causes dehydration, and all other kinds of nasty stuff.0

well, on a serious note i have thought that maybe i'm not eating enough, i know i didn't over the weekend.
I had a roast dinner on sunday, about 600 cals tops i recon, and i burned 1800 playing squash and joggin, i had 1 pint of larger which is about 500 cals, and pitta bread with cheese and ham, so that was definatly not enough. but even when i do eat my cals i'm not seeing the results so i'm thinking maybe not eating enough...0 -

I know how you feel. I have not lost anything for over 3 weeks it is very frustrating I am trying everything to kick start but nothing yet. I changed my goal from 2lbs a week to 1lb and it gave me more daily calories. Keep going you will get there I will not give in. :drinker: :bigsmile:0

thanks.
I'm gonna just up me cals and see what happens
Something that accured to me the other day is that altho i am a big **** i had a fair bit of muscle mass, i wonder whether the 1800 daily cals is enough...
I guess i'll find out next week lol0 -
That is all you can do is keep trying and see what works. Good Luck. :drinker:0
