Guidelines for how much excerise is needed

hi!

Curious maybe I missed it somehow ... are there guidelines or suggestions for how much excerise is needed weekly for successful yet healthy weight loss ... thank you!

    It's all about how much you want to lose per week. 3500 calories is a pound so you can decide based on your activity level/exercise and food intake based on that if you want 1/2/etc lbs a week. hope that helps :)

    There are numerous schools of thought for this one. The generic "30 minutes, 4-5 times a week" is extremely minimal. I'd go for 1 hour of some sort of exercise a day for maintenance. Adjust intensity and time for what you can do. High intensity/short time and moderate intensity/longer time. Once you have the regular exercise plan down, you can adjust calories accordingly to lose weight.
