Ready to do this...My start date is 04/04/2011...Basically sick and tired of being TIRED...

I dont do well with carbs therefore I will be following the Atkins/Induction phase for a while. I've had success in the past and will this time too. Hope to help encourage everyone and meet new friends. :)

    Welcome and good luck! I have tried Atkins in the past with temporary success. My best success comes from counting calories, drinking water, exercising and being diligent about logging it all on this site. Don't wait until 4/4/11 to start. Start today!
