Ingredients:
1 6oz container of soy vanilla yogurt
1/2c orange juice
1/2 frozen strawberries
1 sliced banana
2T Wheat Germ
Serves 2

Does this smoothie keep you filled until lunch???? And do you know how many carbs are in it? It sounds yummy!!!0

If you used greek yogurt.....with like 14 grams of protein it would hold you over for a few hours. I always have a mid morning snack though.0

I generaly bring an apple or banana for a mid morning snack and by lunch I'm hungry but not starved. So I can eat a salad and cottage cheese for lunch and easily be full. The key is small healthy meals through out the day so that you don't feel starved or have a crazy Craving!0

That sounds yummy. I add ground flax seed to my smoothies (omega 3, regulates blood sugar, and great for your skin/hair).
(greek yogurt is something that I will have to get yet - good for protein)0
