I make this just about every morning for breakfast! It's quick and easy and SUPER yummy! I am a vegetarian so I use soy yogurt for this but feel free to use whatever you like!

Ingredients:

1 6oz container of soy vanilla yogurt
1/2c orange juice
1/2 frozen strawberries
1 sliced banana
2T Wheat Germ

Serves 2
Cals. 205 per/serv.

If you used greek yogurt.....with like 14 grams of protein it would hold you over for a few hours. I always have a mid morning snack though.

I generaly bring an apple or banana for a mid morning snack and by lunch I'm hungry but not starved. So I can eat a salad and cottage cheese for lunch and easily be full. The key is small healthy meals through out the day so that you don't feel starved or have a crazy Craving!

That sounds yummy. I add ground flax seed to my smoothies (omega 3, regulates blood sugar, and great for your skin/hair).
(greek yogurt is something that I will have to get yet - good for protein)
