anyone lost weight or inches doing the 30 day shred ?

:smooched: hi i ive read so many posts on the 30 day shred and just started doing it myself but i was just wondering what peoples reults were with doing this do you lose inches or weight or even both ?

I have definitely seen improvements since starting the 30 Day Shred. I have lost weight and overall inches. I have been making other changes in my diet and exercise routine simultaneously to starting the Shred so I can't be sure which changes are to credit but I definitely think the 30 Day Shred has helped!0

Lots of people on this site mentioned that they lost more inches than lbs while doing the 30 Day Shred. Everyone is different though. Doing Jillian Michaels DVDs have helped me lose pounds and inches.0

Chest 40" (was 46")
Waist 37" (was 47")
Hips 39" (was 44")
Thighs 21.5" (was 24.5")
Calves 14.5" (was 16.5")
Neck 14.5" (was 16.5")
(was 206 at my heaviest last summer, 198 when I started in December)
My last weigh in was 170 and I swore off the scale for awhile and don't know when I'll jump back on again.
I did 2 rounds of 30 Day Shred. 3lb weights first time around. 5 lb weights second time around.
I am currently using Ripped in 30 and about half way through. I also do an hour or more of cardio a day. Sometimes I replace a cardio session with another JM dvd workout like 6 week 6 pack or No More Trouble Zones or Yoga Meltdown or Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (yes, I love them all.)

Hi there, I lost almost 8 lbs and over 10 inches with the 30 day shred. The best part was I felt good about myself for sticking with it. I'm now on JM No more trouble zones and the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD's. They are amazing. I wish you luck with your shred.

I'm mostly losing inches.0

I am on day 2 of level 3 of the shred. I have not lost ANY weight yet but I have lost almost 3 inches around my waist and have noticed my clothes fitting differently all over. Before starting the shred I did about 2 weeks of ripped in 30. During all of this (I would guess about 6 weeks) these have been my results so far. If I lose any weight in level 3 I will be letting you all know. I must say even with the inches lost the scales are very discouraging!0
